🧵 About Us

Class Threads provides an affordable and sustainable way for schools, students, and alumni to buy and sell uniforms and related merchandise. Our mission is to make school essentials more accessible while reducing waste and supporting our communities.

🎯 Our Mission

We help families save money, reduce waste, and support their school community by making it easy to exchange school essentials in one trusted place.

💡 Why Class Threads Exists

Uniforms, sports gear, and school items are expensive — and kids outgrow them quickly. Families often end up with closets full of barely‑worn items and no simple, school‑aligned way to pass them along. Class Threads solves this by creating a safe, local marketplace built around each school community.

🎓 Our Story

Class Threads began as a student‑driven idea at Mount Saint Dominic Academy in Caldwell, NJ. Through the school’s L.E.O. entrepreneurship program, a team of students developed the concept and brought it to life as part of a hands‑on venture‑building experience.

The Class Threads team went on to compete in the LionWorks Shark Tank–style competition and proudly earned one of the scholarships awarded.

Today, Class Threads continues to grow with the same spirit it started with — built by students, supported by families, and designed for schools.
