Class Threads is a community marketplace that connects students, parents, alumni, and schools. Class Threads does not own, inspect, or handle any items listed on the platform. All items are sold directly by independent sellers.

Marketplace Role

Class Threads is not a party to any transaction between buyers and sellers. All listings, item descriptions, pricing, fulfillment decisions, and communications are managed by the seller. Class Threads does not supervise in‑person exchanges, verify item condition, or guarantee the accuracy of any listing.

Fulfillment (Pickup or Delivery)

Sellers control whether shipping is available for each item.

If shipping is enabled, buyers may choose Free Local Pickup or Delivery at checkout.
If shipping is disabled, the item will be pickup‑only, and buyers will not see any delivery options.

Delivery may be completed by shipping through any carrier or by local drop‑off to the buyer’s address. Sellers are fully responsible for packaging, shipping, tracking, and resolving delivery‑related issues. Class Threads does not provide shipping labels, packaging, or insurance.

Delivery Credit

When a buyer selects Delivery at checkout, the seller receives a standardized delivery credit as part of their payout once delivery is completed. This credit is intended to help offset common delivery expenses. The delivery credit is only applied when shipping is enabled and the buyer selects Delivery.

Returns, Refunds & Disputes

All refunds, returns, and issue resolution are handled directly between buyers and sellers. Class Threads does not mediate disputes, enforce agreements, or manage return logistics. Buyers must contact the seller within the required time window if there is an issue with an order.

Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled before an item has been shipped or delivered. Payment processors do not refund transaction fees on canceled orders; therefore, a non‑refundable processing fee may be deducted from the buyer’s refund. This fee is retained by the payment processor, not Class Threads.

Ambassador Program

Class Threads Ambassadors are independent volunteers. They are not employees, agents, or legal representatives of Class Threads and do not have authority to act on behalf of the company.
