Stolen merchandise cannot be listed or sold on Class Threads as it violates both state, federal, international law, and our own Prohibited Items Policy.  Class Threads reserves the right to terminate the account of any user who violates this policy.

If you have good reason to suspect that someone is selling stolen merchandise on Class Threads:

• Please contact your local law enforcement to report the suspected crime. Once a case has been filed, please have the officer contact us by emailing us here.

We will investigate the matter and work directly with law enforcement to assist with the investigation as appropriate.
